Description:
Baldo Rice: This is a long grain white rice variety and has a length/width ratio greater than 2 but less than 3.  We have availability of baldo types from Europe, USA and Turkey as well.
Long Grain White Rice: This type of rice has a length/width ratio equal to or greater than 3. This rice type is thinner than the long grain baldo rice and we have always availability of type from different countries.
Californian Medium Grain Rice: This type is also known as Calrose Rice. It is the most recognized variety of medium grain rice worldwide. The amylose content of California medium grain rice is about 18%, and so the rice tends to be on the softer side and is sticky. The kernels cling together.
Round Grain Rice: This is also known as pearl rice formed of fat, almost round grains that have a higher starch content than either the long- or medium-grain varieties.
Broken Rice:  This type is formed from 100% broken long grain white rice kernels.
