Chicken Foot
It is obtained by detaching chicken foot from chicken body.
The chickens are sending by 40 HCR -18 celcius degree container.
One container includes 27 tons.
There is 33 pieces per kg.

-A : 1 cm cut above the spur. No amonia burnt and no loss of epitelia. 35 gr and up.
-B : 1 cm cut above the spur. Little amonia burnts on the palm of the paw (not more than 5 pct of the surface) 30-35 gr. averagely.
-C : 1 cm cut above the spur. Bigger amonia burnts, some broken fingers or loss of epitelia. 25-30 gr. averagely.
