Bulghur
Description:
Extra Coarse Bulghur: It is made from the best hard durum wheat which is harvested from Turkey. It contains pieces of durum wheat which are as big as a medium grain rice. This type of bulghur is mostly preferred for pilafs because of its nice taste and view.
Coarse Bulghur:  It is made from the best hard durum wheat which is harvested from Turkey. Its pieces are smaller than the pieces of extra coarse bulghur but big enough  to give a nice view for pilafs.
Fine Bulghur: This kind of bulghur is also made from durum wheat but broken in to very small pieces. It is mostly used in bulgur salads.
Brown Fine Bulghur: It is produced from semi hard wheat. It takes its brown colour depending on the use of semi hard wheat. It can be used for the same purposes with fine bulghur.
